Zsombor Baka

I graduated from UP Factulty of Engineering and Information Technology as a mechanical engineer, and during my studies I was an engineering trainee for 7 semesters at Jako Metal Prosucts Factory Ltd. During my university studies, I came across 3D printing, which sparked my interest, and in my free time I also invested in my own tools and started 3D printing as a hobby. I studied and learned how to use CAD software. I find it very exciting to combine CAD modelling and 3D printing. Once I have created a virtual object, I can have its physical realisation in my hands within hours. At the UP-3D Centre, I can use these skills. My responsibilities include modelling, managing 3D printing and the associated software, and post-processing and assembling the printed parts.
