Profile of Prof. György Fusz, the leader of the Arts Working Group
Prof. György Fusz, DLA, university teacher, Associate Dean of OUP Faculty of Music and Digital Arts, Director of Media and Applied Art Institute.
Born in Szekszárd, in 1955. He is a ceramist and a sculptor. Graduated in 1981 as a ceramist artist on the Hungarian University of Art.
He was a professor at Illyés Gyula Faculty from 1987 to 2012. He became Associate Director of the Faculty from 1998 until 2016, when he became the Director.
In 2004 he earned the dr. Habil. title at the Hungarian University of Art. He has several professional, public, civil office and title. Owns several professional and civil honors.
His sculptures can be seen in his birth town and in several other places in the country.
From 2013, he is the Associate Dean of OUP Faculty of Music and Digital Arts.
